（二）报到地点：中国浙江省绍兴市柯桥区柯岩街道鉴湖景区。

Registration place:Jianhu Scenic Area, Keyan Street, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province,China.

（一）所有参赛运动员必须获得国际航联运动许可证或国际航联无人机运动许可证；

All pilots must obtain FAI sport permit.

（二）在报名时间内，在指定平台中完成注册、认证及报名。

Complete registration, certification and registration in the designated platform within the registration time.

（三）中国大陆运动员参赛资格要求：

Qualification Requirements for China domestic pilots:

1.2024年全国航空航天模型锦标赛F9U项目公开组前64名；

Top 64 in the Open group of F9U project of the 2024 National Aerospace Model Championship;

2.2024年中国无人机竞速联赛分站赛前64名；

Top 64 of the China Drone Racing League in 2024;

3.参加过上述比赛的女子运动员不受名次约束。

Female pilots have participated in the above competitions are not bound by the ranking.

（四）参赛运动员报到时须持有效证件原件。中国大陆籍参赛运动员须持有效期内二代居民身份证原件；中国香港、澳门籍参赛运动员须持港澳居民来往内地通行证原件；中国台湾籍参赛运动员须持台湾居民来往大陆通行证原件；非中国籍参赛运动员须持护照原件。

Pilots must have the original valid certificate when reporting for registration. China domestic pilots must have the resident ID card within the validity period; Hong Kong and Macao hold the original travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents to the Mainland. Taiwan hold the original mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents. Non-chinese pilots must hold the original passport.

（五）未满18岁的运动员须有监护人陪同，且一名监护人不能同时担任多名参赛运动员的监护人。

Pilots under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian, and a guardian cannot be the guardian of more than one athlete at the same time.

（六）参赛运动员须办理保险金额不低于20万元的“人身意外伤害险”，报到时须提供保险单。

Participating pilots shall apply for "Personal accident insurance" with an insurance amount of not less than 200,000 yuan, and shall provide an insurance policy when reporting.

（七）参赛运动员须签署《参赛承诺书》方可参赛。

Pilots must sign “the Commitment to participate”.

（八）每位参赛运动员只能申报一名助手。

Each pilot can only declare for one assistant.

（九）报名费：参赛人员（运动员、助手、教练员等）应在报到时缴纳报名费，以确保参赛资格的有效性。报名费为成年人20美元/人，青少年10美元/人。

国际航联2024年世界无人机竞速公开赛-竞赛规则
Keqiao World Drone Racing Open International - Competition Rules

（一）本次比赛设公开组、青少年组和女子组。

This competition consists of open group, youth group and female group.

（二）本次比赛奖金总额为：6.6万美元。

The total prize money is $66,000.

1.公开组（不限性别、年龄），按比赛最终总排名录取前8名颁发获奖证书及奖金，前3名同时授予奖牌。

Open group (no gender, age), according to the final overall ranking of the competition admitted to the top 8 awarded certificates and bonuses, the top 3 awarded MEDALS at the same time.

公开组奖金（税前）为第一名13800美元，第二名10000美元，第三名8000美元，第四名6000美元，5-8名各2900美元。

The open prize (before tax）is $13,800 for first place, $10,000 for second place, $8,000 for third place, $6,000 for fourth place, and $2,900 for 5-8 places.

2.青少年组（报名时未满18周岁，不含女子组）前8名颁发获奖证书及奖金，前3名同时授予奖牌。

The top 8 winners of the youth group (under age of 18 at the time of registration, excluding the female group) will be awarded the certificates and bonuses,the top 3 awarded MEDALS at the same time.

3.女子组（不限年龄）前8名颁发获奖证书及奖金，前3名同时授予奖牌。

The top 8 women (unlimited of age) will be awarded the certificates and bonuses,the top 3 awarded MEDALS at the same time.

青少年组和女子组奖金（税前）为第一名3000美元，第二名1500美元，第三名1000美元，第四名800美元，5-8名各500美元。（运动员同时获得两项或者两项以上奖金的,按就高原则颁发,不重复奖励）。

Junior and female bonuses (before taxes) are $3,000 for first place, $1,500 for second place, $1,000 for third place, $800 for fourth place, and $500 for 5-8 places. (pilots who win two or more prizes at the same time will be awarded according to the high principle and will not repeat award).

（一）所有参赛运动员和随行人员一切费用自理。

（二）比赛用器材和耗材由参赛运动员自行准备，并对设备的安全性负责。

The equipment and consumables for the competition shall be prepared by pilots, and shall be responsible for the safety of the equipment.

（三）请参赛运动员提前自行预订往返程票。

（四）现场会有Tattu，DogCom等品牌电池售卖。

（五）门票：参赛选手评参赛证免费游览景区，景区内游船等体验项目需自费；选手陪同人员凭选手参赛证至游客中心购买优惠票。单日票：60元/人（含景区门票和一次画舫船），四日联票：200元/人（含四天景区门票和四次画舫船）

Ticket: Contestants can enjoy free admission to the scenic area with their participation certificate. Experience projects such as boat tours within the scenic area must be self funded; The accompanying personnel of the contestant shall purchase discounted tickets at the tourist center with their contestant's participation certificate.
